I tried lemon pepper chicken. It turned out tasting OK, but not great. Any of my frozen dinners are better. Maybe I tried something too simple. But, I made a week's supply, so it will be a while before I can try something else.
I also figured out that it had as much salt as the frozen dinners, if not more. The chicken itself had over 100 mg per ounce. At least the rice was low salt. How do people on a low-salt diet find things to eat?
Next task: add more vegetables and find a recipe I like better.
